Daytime Buddhism & Meditation Class
Join us for our weekly daytime class of Dharma teaching and practice, either in person at the LBC or live on Zoom.
This class is suitable for both newcomers and regulars.
For our Summer Term we will be looking at the Triratna Refuge Tree, exploring the different historical and archetypal figures on the Tree in a series of talks and workshops, each led by an experienced team member. The rich and diverse symbolism of the tree reminds us of what we go for refuge to as Buddhists. There will be opportunities for Q&A, discussion and feedback during the term.
The first Wednesday of every month remains our Practice Morning (suitable for those familiar with Puja, Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana).
The class is led by Jyotismati, Kalyanavaca and Mangala, all of whom have many years of experience teaching and practising meditation and Buddhism.
To catch up on previous Wednesday class talks, please visit our shared DropBox folder: https://shorturl.at/pzBPS
Just turn up in person, or click on the button to join on Zoom.
The class is offered for free. If you wish you can make a donation at the Centre or visit the donate page on our website.
